Refund / Payment Policy

This policy applies to all products, programs and services available through Jen Duchene,  and JenDuchene.com. By using this website, you are acknowledging receipt of all of our policies, and agreeing to all terms and conditions. Jen Duchene, and its employees, assistants, and support team may amend this agreement at any time without notice.

All JenDuchene.com programs, products, private readings and events are non-refundable so be 100  % in love with your purchase.

By signing up for any program/product/service with Payment Plans/Installment Plans you are agreeing to provide all payments in full and on time. If payment cannot be processed, you have 10 days to provide alternate payment method. If payment is not provided within 10 days or we observe repeated or habitual payment failures, we have the right to revoke all membership/program benefits without further obligation to deliver products or services associated with that purchase.

General Sales Policy

Some products, programs, and services may be held at discounted/sale/early-bird prices at various times throughout the year – or not at all. If you purchase a product/program/service at full-price within and prior to 7 days of a general public announced sale, you may request to receive the discounted price by sending an email to jen@jenduchene.com with your full name, date of purchase, and receipt #. Discounted prices for general public sales in all other cases are only valid during posted start/end dates. No exceptions.

Products/Programs/Services may or may not carry additional/special refund or satisfaction-guaranteed policies so read each page thoroughly. If you do not find a posted Refund-Exchange-Payment Policy, please email us immediately at jen@jenduchene.com with “Missing Policy” in the subject line. Please provide your name, the date you found the discrepancy and the URL path in your message.

Downloadable Products

There are no refunds on mp3 audio or ebook products.

All Other Products

If you receive a defective product, we will gladly exchange your merchandise within 15 days of your initial purchase. “Defective” is defined as a product that is not working as it was designed or is broken is some manner that prevents its full use.

Online or Tele Classes – Short-Term Online Programs

Occasionally, we may offer one-time or short-term online or telephone coaching programs. Unless otherwise posted, all one-time teleclasses are free and are not eligible for refunds. You are responsible for incurring all fees including, but not limited to long-distance, internet bandwidth usage, cell-based internet browsing time or any other fees associated with your participation in the teleclass.

Group Coaching Programs

Group Coaching Programs are non-refundable.

Readings and Healings

Readings and clearings are not subject to refunds.

Cancellation policy

If you must cancel an appointment, please let me know at least 48 hours (2 days) in advance. You will have the option to reschedule 1 time.

Since this time is being held for you — missed appointments and late cancellations will not be rescheduled or refunded.

It is strongly recommended that you follow up with us either by email, website contact form or phone if you have not received confirmation or delivery of your purchase or damaged item details. We are not responsible for not lack of delivery of email or website contact form. You are fully responsible for following up with us and confirming we received notice of your purchase or damaged item.
